1. Shake really well first.

This matters because the oil-absorbing ingredients need to mix evenly before spraying.

2. Spray 6–8 inches from your roots.

Focus on oily areas: hairline, crown, part line, behind the ears, and nape.

3. Let it sit for 30–60 seconds.

Do not rub it in right away. Let it absorb oil first.

4. Massage with fingertips.

Use your fingers to work it into the scalp and roots.

5. Brush through or blow-dry with cold air.

The bottle specifically says you can blow dry with cold air for more lift and texture. This is great when hair feels flat or sweaty.

Best uses: before workouts, after workouts, between washes, on second/third-day hair, after wearing a hat, or anytime your roots feel oily but you do not want powdery residue.

What the ingredients do

Water / Aqua

The base of the spray. Helps distribute everything evenly.

SD Alcohol 40-B

Helps the mist dry quickly and gives that fresh, lightweight feel. It can help cut oil, but because alcohol can be drying for some people, I would focus it mostly at the roots rather than spraying heavily through your ends.

Guarana Seed Extract

A botanical extract often used for an energizing/scalp-refresh feel. It is associated with caffeine-like benefits, so this fits the “refresh and wake up the scalp” vibe.

Amla / Indian Gooseberry Fruit Extract

Amla is commonly used in haircare for shine, scalp support, and stronger-looking hair. Great ingredient for a product that is trying to feel more elevated than basic dry shampoo.

Bamboo Extract

Usually added for strength/support because bamboo is naturally associated with silica. In hair products, it is often used to support stronger, healthier-looking strands.

Ginseng Root Extract

A scalp-care botanical. It gives the product a more “stimulating scalp refresh” angle and fits well with fullness/volume messaging.

Rosemary Leaf Oil

This is the big scalp-care ingredient. Rosemary is popular for scalp health, freshness, and supporting fuller-looking hair. Since it is an essential oil, sensitive scalps should start with light use.

Meadowfoam Seed Oil

A lightweight conditioning oil. Helps soften and add a little smoothness without feeling super greasy.

Marula Seed Oil

Adds nourishment and shine. It is richer than meadowfoam, but in this formula it is likely included at a small amount to keep the mist conditioning.

Moringa Seed Oil

Another nourishing oil that helps with softness, shine, and a more polished feel.
