Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love everything you purchase, so please review our return and exchange guidelines below before completing your order.

Please note that the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Sale/discounted items
  • Boutique items (clothing, accessories, etc.)
  • Hair extensions (including all lengths, colors, and textures)

 

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of these products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

🔁 Hair Products (Shampoos, Conditioners, Treatments, etc.)

Hair care products may be exchanged only within 14 days of purchase, under the following conditions:


  • The product must be unused or gently used
  • Exchanges must be for products of equal or greater value
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • You are responsible for covering postage costs when sending back your item for exchange

     

We do not offer refunds on hair products, but we’ll happily help you find something that works better for you.
